These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talisman AIwebsite and application (the "Service") provided by Talisman AI. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is currently offered as a Founding Beta. During the Beta, premium features are provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Subscription plans will be introduced after the Beta.

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law, or unlawful content.
• Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you.
• Infringe the rights of others or misrepresent your identity.

You are solely responsible for the content of your campaigns and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach.

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google (Gmail). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and your use of Google user data through the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Talisman AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outreach results, deliverability rates, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talisman AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
