When you connect a Gmail account, Talisman AI requests only the permissions needed to operate the Service — to send the email campaigns you create and to read replies to those campaigns so that follow-ups stop when a prospect responds.

Limited Use disclosure.Talisman AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except where required for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To send campaigns and process replies on your behalf.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Beta.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and infrastructure), under obligations of confidentiality, or when required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can disconnect Google accounts at any time, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@talismanai.online. Revoking access is also possible from your Google Account permissions.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
